This six-week course provides an in-depth view of the life of our beloved Prophet (sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) from the time of Ibrahim ('alayhi al-salam) until the first revelation. This course will cover the following topics: location and nature of the Arab tribes, religions of the Arabs, aspects of pre-Islamic Arabian society, the lineage and family of the Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam), Muhammad's (sallallahu 'alayhi was sallam) birth and 40 years prior to Prophethood, and the Makkan period just before Prophethood.
This workshop will be the first part of a multipart series. This class will be taught under the guidance of 'Alimah Humera Ahmad and is for ages 13 and up only.

The program consists of a talk by Shaykh Ahmad Arshad focussing on Islamic spirituality and how to improve our Imaan and become closer to Allah (swt). Dhikar or remembrance of Allah (swt) will be done for contemplation and reflection.
