This is a two days a week class that will cover the fundamentals of Islamic dietary laws, contemporary issues and Fiqh of Halal related to Food, Medicine, Cosmetics and Critical Ingredients. The six months course shall also explain permissible and impermissible slaughtering processes, Modern challenges of Genetically Modified Foods and the laws regarding Kosher certifications.
