COURSE CATALOG

  1. Click on the proper Course Category e.g Sisters English Quran Tafseer Program.
  2. Choose the Course Plan that you are enrolling for and click Enroll.
  3. You will be brought to a form.
    1. If you are an existing user,
      1. Fill in your email and password and click on Login.
      2. You will be taken to your enrollment form. Make sure all the information is accurate.
      3. Pick a Payment method, 'Online Credit/Debit' for online payment and 'Offline Payment' if you are paying by check etc.
      4. Click on Process Enrollment
    2. If you are a new user,
      1. Fill out the enrollment form. Make sure all the information is accurate.
      2. Pick a Payment method, 'Online Credit/Debit' for online payment and 'Offline Payment' if you are paying by check etc.
      3. Click on Process Enrollment
  4. Once your payment is cleared, whether online or offline, you will get your class schedule and conference code information on Google Classroom page a day before classes start.

NOTE: If you are paying offline, your payment will remain unresolved till your check is cleared. You will ONLY receive the class schedule and codes when your dues are cleared.

  • Introduction
    1. Zainab Center is committed to providing high-quality online educational services to men, women, children, and youth while upholding Islamic principles and values. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for our programs and services.
  • General Refund Principles
    1. The Institute will only process refunds in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this policy.

    3. Refund requests made directly to the payment processor or vendor shall not be processed. In case a refund request is submitted to the payment processor or vendor directly, the customer/student shall be responsible for the processing fee, as well as any additional charges, and the Credit/Debit card shall be invalidated for future use at Zainab Center
  • Tuition Refunds
    1. Tuition fee for all yearly and certificate programs shall be non-refundable after 4 weeks, except in cases where Zainab Center decides to cancel a program or where there are extenuating circumstances.
    2. Refund requests for all programs and classes made prior to the commencement shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
    3. Exam dues shall remain non-refundable.
  • Program Cancellation
    1. If a program is canceled before its start date, a full refund of the tuition fee will be provided to enrolled students.
    2. Zainab Center reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances at any point during the course span.
    3. Under any circumstances, if a Program is canceled during the course of study, Zainab Center reserves the right to process refunds or cancel any residual amount.
  • Extenuating Circumstances
    1. In cases of documented extenuating circumstances, such as a serious illness or unforeseen hardship faced by the student, Zainab Center holds the right to obtain official documents and may consider a partial or full refund depending upon circumstances.
    2. Supporting documentation may also be required to process a refund under extenuating circumstances.
  • Donations and Contributions
    1. Donations, contributions, and charitable gifts to Zainab Center shall remain non-refundable.
  • Timing of Refunds
    1. Refunds, when approved, will be processed as promptly as possible; typically within ten days after approval.

    3. Monthly Subscriptions of Quran Recitation/Hifd/customized classes shall require an official statement at termination via email at This email address is being protected from spambots.
